Your role in the team We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing a team of pricing analysts and specialists to develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies that optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
Your responsibilities: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of pricing specialists, setting performance goals and providing ongoing support.
Develop and implement data-driven pricing strategies to enhance profitability, competitiveness, and market positioning.
Oversee the creation and refinement of pricing models, including cost analysis, market demand forecasting, and competitor benchmarking.
Partner with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align on pricing tactics, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving business goals.
Oversee the execution of pricing changes, ensuring compliance with policies and accuracy in all updates across platforms and systems.
Develop and maintain reporting systems to track pricing performance and adjust strategies based on market and business insights.
