where you will be responsible to ensure legal compliance with all current regulations in all processes are carried out, and proactively seek opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency of the HR services for European countries.Main responsibilities:Lead and actively support the day-to-day operations of a cross-functional professional HR team within a collaborative and service-oriented framework that provides consultation on a variety of HR issuesDetermine current and immediate business needs, monitor status of work in progress, coordinate action plans, respond to changes in operational partner needs, assign work and shifts resources, facilitate connections within HR and across other functions, challenge and evolve the team structure as needed to ensure optimal operational resultsIn close cooperation with the HR Services leadership team and the Global HR team,
drive continuous optimization processes based on targets and key performance indicatorsBe the point of contact for cross-functional interfaces when introducing/updating guidelines and process structuresBe responsible for building, updating, and expanding a knowledge base for employees, managers and HR staffSupport, coach, inspire, and develop the members of your teamEstablish a continuous improvement process as well as a corresponding departmental cultureTake responsibility for internal and cross-team projects to further develop HR Services in the European regionQUALIFICATIONS /EXPERIENCE4 years' experience in a similar leading HR Global Business Services functionexperience in a managerial role with proven ability to successfully lead and develop a teamexperience in different HR processes along the HR lifecycle and in leading HR change projectsIT and Finance understanding plus high affinity for digital HR processesknowledge of Excel required, other reporting knowledge is a plusin payroll and labour law of European countries an advantagecommunication,
high customer orientation, empathy, and assertivenessAdvanced level of English (written and spoken), additional language skills are beneficialCOMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus paid 2 times a year in March and September
