Work Location: Rheintal, Switzerland As the Team Leader of the Global Industrial Engineering for Assembly and Testing department, you are responsible for leading a team of three. Your primary task: Development and implementation of systematic software development processes and the promotion of agile working methods in our global plants. Tasks Your Challenges: Lead a team of software and hardware engineers with a focus on systematic and agile software development. Develop and implement innovative strategies for software and hardware solutions in assembly and EOL testing processes. Promote agile working methods and continuous improvement processes within the team. Collaborate with global teams to optimize production processes and technologies. Support in defining and implementing process controls and end-of-line testing. Requirements Your Competencies: Strong experience in software development, preferably in an industrial environment. Experience with agile working methods and their implementation in teams would be an asset. Ability to develop and implement software strategies and solutions. Good English skills and ability to collaborate globally. Leadership skills, teamwork, and conflict resolution ability.
