Come and join us to create the future together! We are seeking a skilled Data Quality Team Lead with a robust technical background to lead a team of four data quality professionals at Vodafone. This critical role is designed to ensure that high-quality data underpins decision-making across multiple programs. The Team Lead will be responsible for embedding data quality practices within all information streams, enhancing trust and robustness in major data initiatives across Group D&A and local markets. The individual will own and define a long-term data quality strategy and drive governance and quality assurance across the existing D&A portfolio.

The role requires collaboration with Group Technology to develop a best-in-class data quality management roadmap. The successful candidate will establish productive relationships with local markets and group functions to manage interdependencies effectively.

What you bring: Create a vision and provide leadership for the Madrid-based D&A Data Quality Management (DQM) team. Develop and manage the roadmap for the Data Quality Management framework and tooling. Ensure synergies and reusability across local markets in the delivery of data quality management solutions. Proficient in SQL coding standards and experience with data quality solutions. Familiarity with data visualization tools and strong understanding of data quality solutions and frameworks. Proven experience in transformational change within large, multi-cultural and multi-location organizations. Excellent communication and decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs. Advanced level of English.
