The role will provide strategic leadership for a team of 4 Client Managers and will also ensure warm card acceptance at a portfolio of strategic accounts whilst growing volume and revenues.
In this role, you will also support the Head of CLM Spain with the strategic plan and drive CLM role to the next level focusing on sales growth and implementing all emerging payments models across the portfolio.
In addition to these responsibilities, the position will be responsible for the coordination and alignment with the Telesales & CCT Spain team.
Reporting to the Head of CLM Spain, you will collaborate closely with Spain issuers, with other CLM teams across the region, as well as partnering very closely with the full range of GMS support functions including Marketing, Pricing, Risk, GCO, and Payment Consulting to set up the right strategies to develop the CLM team and their portfolios.ResponsibilitiesLead a high performing team of 4 Client Managers.Lead the CLM team on existing renegotiations of card acceptance agreements, ensuring full retention of the portfolio, and driving profitable coverage & revenue growth.Actively develop and coach the team to drive business expansion in the new emerging payments environment.Lead and implement strategic initiatives across the CLM Team to ensure closing coverage gaps and brand awareness visibility.Partner closely with the Telesales & CCT Spain team, to ensure alignment and implementation of the strategic direction and key objectives for a large group of remotely managed merchants.Maintain and develop relationships with key local industry associations
