Team Leader (Claim Broker) - German (Vk-175)

From Marlex Human Capital, we are cooperating with an important company focused on Payment Security, located in Barcelona.
They are currently looking for a Team Leader to join its team, expert in claims processing in the German and Austrian market.
What will be your mission in the company? Reporting directly to the manager of the German department, you will be responsible for:
Tasks organization and daily communication with team managers: definition of work areas, rotation of team members, ensuring compliance with processes, etc.Monitoring of KPI's set by management.Creation, maintenance and presentation of data corresponding to the scorecard.Team activity management: control of rest time, management of vacation requests, sick leave, etc.Management, administration and control of daily operations.Opening and follow-up of tickets.Optimization and continuous updating of the Intranet.Identify possible improvements in processes and reporting.Human resources management of team members.Participate in the team's own selection processes.The selected profile is offered: Intensive Fridays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm - rotating according to schedule.Special contributions to private health insurance companies.Flexible remuneration: Restaurant and transport tickets.Exclusive discounts on brands, travel and gym.Minimum Requirements: Native German and advanced level in English; Spanish desirable.Degree in Business Administration and Management.Previous experience, between 3-5 years, in Financial Institutions or Insurance Companies.5 years of experience in Team Management.Experience in the German market is a plus.Customer service and results-oriented profile, dynamic and with good communication skills.
