About the roleAs aTeam Leader Business Management and Processes, you will be in charge of the following responsibilities:Promote new culture, new behaviours, learning and development for team members.Support IT Transformation & Architecture Goals & Objectives.Establish a trusted advisory relationship to Business, IT and Technology areas to capture E2E Processes and improve them.Define the tools and methodology towards a single point of truth and processes framework for all Vodafone Spain Areas.Provide guidance and coaching about Processes Culture, Methodologies and Frameworks to IT, Business and Technology Areas.Collaborate with other OpCos and Group to share best practices and create new synergies, driving Vodafone Spain to a leading position in methodology, framework and collaboration.Encourage the IT Processes Team to actively collaborate, contribute and support their IT and all Vodafone colleagues.Contribute to implant Process Mining and a continuous improvement mindset in E2E Processes.What do you bring?Excellent understanding of Processes Culture backed up by demonstrable experience in Telco companies; with proven experience in tools (Aris), diagram languages (BPMN, EPC), and frameworks (eTOM, eTOM+, BCA).People Management skills backed up by over 3 years of experience.Experience participating/collaborating in multi-country and international/distributed architecture initiatives/teams.Specific deep domain knowledge of Process Mining tools and capabilities, ideally gained within real implementation in Telco industries.Excellent analysis skills and planning to guarantee the best development of the several domains of IT Processes as internal knowledge tools, processes repository and improvements follow-up, amongst others.Excellent divergent thinking, linking new ideas and the most efficient way to implement.Excellent documentation and presentation skills.Excellent Spanish & English communication skills (both written and spoken).Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adjust own style to suit audience and achieve objectives.Innovative mindset to effectively see and shape the future vision of the new initiatives at an early stage, collaborating with team and stakeholders to bring that vision to fruition in structured architecture deliverables.Curious mindset to stay current with new technology and industry trends to analyse suitability and opportunities to incorporate into Spain Roadmap evolution.Start-up mindset, promoting and supporting continuous improvement and best practice in the IT Processes Function and increasing the value that the function brings to Vodafone.Pragmatic and can-do attitude.Be aware of and capable of using Telecoms frameworks & methodologies, with proven knowledge/certifications associated with eTOM, Process Mining, and Process Designing.What's in it for you?#LI-Hybrid (60% home - 40% office) and flexible hours.20 additional days of home working per year from anywhere in Spain.25 days holiday (and additionally 24th and 31st December), with the option to buy up to 10 extra days.Flexible remuneration plan.Free health insurance, life insurance, and own medical services.
