What You'll Do ? Build and Optimise : Develop and implement strategies, processes, and tools to streamline the sales cycle and improve productivity.
Analyse and Drive Insights : Use data to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
Support Performance : Oversee forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs to track progress and achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align sales operations with business goals.
Lead the Team : Mentor, develop, and manage a high-performing Sales Operations and Analytics team.
Innovate : Stay ahead of industry trends, recommending solutions to enhance sales effectiveness What You Bring to the Table ?? Experience : 5 years in sales operations, analytics, or related roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
?? Technical Expertise : Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and other sales tools, plus strong data analysis skills.
?? Leadership Skills : Proven ability to manage and develop teams, setting goals and driving performance.
?? Strategic Thinking : A knack for solving problems, improving processes, and identifying growth opportunities.
?? Collaboration : Excellent communication skills to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
?? Adaptability : Thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
?? Language : Fluent/Native English (bonus if you speak additional languages).
