Your role in this journey Manage a high-performing sales and account management team for Eastern Andalucía.
Be directly responsible for growing our vacation rental portfolio in the area, acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
Train and coach the sales and account management team, and foster team spirit through motivational initiatives to reach your area targets.
Be responsible for the achievement of our ambitious targets.
Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers.
Continue building the brand of Holidu in Eastern Andalucía.
Work together with the Country Lead and provide feedback to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices.
Regularly go on customer visits together with your team members.
Your backpack is filled with A seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills.
A successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets.
Experience leading a team; natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members.
Very analytical and data-driven mindset to continuously optimize your team's approach.
A hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve.
Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus.
Previous experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus.
Near-native Spanish and fluent English skills.
