Team Lead Project Management - Southern Europe (M/F/D)

About the role:We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Project Manager to join our team in the Southern Europe region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management, within the Real Estate and/or construction industry and a proven track record of successfully leading teams in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:Lead contract negotiation phase of upcoming deals on the technical side, ensuring alignment between Legal and Real Estate teams as well as between Numa and the landlordsExecute multiple projects in parallel, overseeing day-to-day project workSupport and drive the team towards high-quality launches, ensuring successful project delivery from due diligence to launchCollaborate with various departments including Real Estate, Legal, ICT, Interior Design, Brand, Revenue/Distribution, and OperationsTravel to potential new locations, construction sites, and ongoing developments for project evaluations, oversight and quality controlCollaborate with Project Management leadership team to improve structure and processes within the departmentBuild and nurture a strong team in the Southern Europe region, fostering a culture of excellence and collaborationRequirements:3-5 years of Project Management experience, Ideally in Real Estate Development, Architecture, Construction or related fieldsPrior experience leading smaller internal teams and managing external teams such as landlords, planners, contractors, and suppliersStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsExcellent relationship management and negotiation skillsProficiency in Spanish required, Portuguese & Italian is a plusTechnical knowledge and understanding of building planning, execution, and developmentBasic business acumen including budgeting, Capex/Opex, and leasingAbility to work effectively with multiple teams simultaneouslyDemonstrates exceptional problem solving skills and maintains a structured and precise approach to tasks.If you believe you meet the requirements and possess the characteristics outlined above, we encourage you to apply and join our team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
