We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to oversee and drive the performance of our Account Executives new business team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SaaS environments, particularly in digital signature solutions, with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams. As a Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers and Account Executive team while contributing to the growth and improvement of our services.
Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 5-7 members, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular feedback and implementing improvement plans when necessary. Sales methodology: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by value selling and resolving customers challenges promptly and effectively, collaborating with other departments as needed. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Sales Development, Presales and Marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and to contribute to product enhancements. Training Development: Develop and deliver training programs to upskill team members, keeping them updated with the latest product features and industry trends. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational challenges to senior management. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the department, helping to set long-term goals and identify areas for growth and development. Technology Tools: Stay informed about the latest SaaS tools and technologies, recommending and implementing solutions that improve team performance and customer satisfaction. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role within a SaaS company, with a focus on digital signature solutions or related fields. Education: Fluent English Skills :
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in using CRM, project management, and communication tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Teams). Solid understanding of SaaS business models, digital signature technologies, and cloud-based solutions.
