About the Role: To enable Energy Systems to achieve its strategic ambitions and become future fit, we need leaders who drive business operations to meet customers' expectations while also continuously improving the way we work. The new organization we defined is based on two main dimensions: Customer focus around our Key Accounts and Markets, and strong Regional Service Areas.
The Energy Markets and Transactions Section delivers services at the forefront of energy transition covering Policies, Transactions, and Energy Markets Analytics in South Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America (SEMELA). The Energy Markets and Transactions Section is therefore seeking the Team Lead for Policies and Transactions (SEMELA). The Team Lead Policies and Transactions (SEMELA) optimizes business operations and improves the long-term performance of the section Energy Markets and Transactions (SEMELA).
They work closely on commercial opportunities to strengthen and expand business, including driving the doer/seller culture. They support service line activities and technical competence development within the section aligned with Energy Systems strategy. The Team Lead Policies and Transactions (SEMELA) has a strong focus on delivery and utilization, gains efficiency within the section. They partner with Heads of Section, KAMs, MAMs, and Segment Leads in delivering an excellent customer experience while stimulating collaboration within their team as well as across the organization.
Together with the Head of Section, they must ensure that they have the right number of staff with the right capabilities and strive for a high-performing collaborative culture and exceptional employee experience. We work in dynamic project teams in close cooperation with our clients in the Energy industry. Our people combine industry expertise, multi-disciplinary skills, and innovation to solve complex challenges for our customers. Our work covers all phases, from identifying business opportunities to executing the projects and follow up.
