Focus will be on enabling business counterparts to define opportunities of business value creation through coordination and execution of data quality and success management activities by DX&DG specialists and business experts and to drive execution by eliminating business silos.You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure a consistent governance framework for success management and data quality management. The Siemens Energy Data Analytics & AI team plays a significant role in driving the energy transformation.How You'll Make an Impact / ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the success management activities across capabilities & domains and understand the critical business needs/issues that key stakeholders have with the data across domains and identifying solution approaches.Define and implement trusting business relationships and engagement with regards to leveraging SE's data as a product.Define and implement data quality management strategy for SE.Prioritize and drive the integration of data quality tools and best practices.Lead the integration and adoption of data quality processes and tools.Define and implement relevant data quality management principles and policies.Promote ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across SE.Communicate and educate the organization on data quality management topics.Collaborate closely with Data Domain Manager, Data Stewards and senior stakeholders to help deliver DQ use cases for the organization.Actively follow and evaluate new technologies/methods in the field of data quality management to leverage new solutions and understand latest trends.Document and present methodologies, procedures, and project results to senior stakeholders across different functions.Be an active member of the leadership team for Data & Analytics and coach & mentor team members to help them realize their full potential.You'll be part of an inspiring team of real data thought leaders and experts within the ED&AA global team and will be a valuable contributor.What You Bring / Skills, CapabilitiesAdvanced degree in Information Technology or related.10+ years working experience in related data discipline.Experience in DQ tools/technologies; Informatica DQ, SAP MDG, Collibra, SQL etc.Deep understanding of data quality management, data governance, and associated technologies.Proven experience in establishing and operationalizing data quality management capabilities.Strong passion for the Siemens Energy digitalization & transformation strategy.Flexibility and growth mindset, to take on new challenges and become a key leader in the SE enterprise data and analytics arena.Interest in coaching and upskilling in the disciplines that support good data management.Demonstrable experience in strategic thought leadership in your SE field of expertise, and strong track record in stakeholder and change management.Good to have: Experience in an industry-related environment (e.g. energy sector).You have a strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.You navigate easily in a global & multicultural environment.You demonstrate exceptional leadership and coaching skills to collaborate across multicultural, global teams and develop engineering talent.You are open-minded and willing to learn and constantly improve your own skills.You are passionate about data and analytics, and driving data value across all parts of an organization and ecosystems.You have excellent writing and communication skills in English, knowledge of German or any other language is a plus.About the TeamThe Data & Analytics organization has been established and designed to help Siemens Energy achieve our mission by becoming a data-driven organization.
