Focus will be on enabling business counterparts to define opportunities of business value creation through coordination and execution of data quality and success management activities by DX&DG specialists and business experts and to drive execution by eliminating business silos.You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure a consistent governance framework for success management and data quality management. The Siemens Energy Data Analytics & AI team plays a significant role in driving the energy transformation.How You'll Make an Impact / ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the success management activities across capabilities & domains and understand the critical business needs/issues that key stakeholders have with the data across domains and identifying solution approaches.Define and implement trusting business relationships and engagement with regards to leveraging SE's data as a product.Define and implement data quality management strategy for SE.Prioritize and drive the integration of data quality tools and best practices.Lead the integration and adoption of data quality processes and tools.Define and implement relevant data quality management principles and policies.Promote ways to strengthen data integrity, quality and availability across SE.Communicate and educate the organization on data quality management topics.Collaborate closely with Data Domain Manager, Data Stewards and senior stakeholders to help deliver DQ use cases for the organization.Actively follow and evaluate new technologies/methods in the field of data quality management to leverage new solutions and understand latest trends.Document and present methodologies, procedures, and project results to senior stakeholders across different functions.Be an active member of the leadership team for Data & Analytics and coach & mentor team members to help them realize their full potential.You'll be part of an inspiring team of real data thought leaders and experts within the ED&AA global team and will be a valuable contributor.What You Bring / Skills, CapabilitiesAdvanced degree in Information Technology or related.10+ years working experience in related data discipline.Experience in DQ tools/technologies; Informatica DQ, SAP MDG, Collibra, SQL etc.Deep understanding of data quality management, data governance, and associated technologies
