As our new Team Lead Bid Management (M/F/d), you will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function which is supporting all proposal/sales processes across the wind division and provides client & market insights to our global wind business in various geographies. In your role, you will be the project owner of assigned processes and lead the overall bid process. You will ensure a well-organized and on-track bid process and manage all tasks, deadlines, documents, and data. You will work closely with Project Managers and their respective project teams to develop and produce high-quality proposals. Based on your in-depth knowledge about market opportunities,
you will also support our key account and geography meetings to ensure collaboration across countries and service lines. Furthermore, you will lead our team of highly engaged Bid Managers including resource planning, day-to-day operations, as well as functional and professional development. Your tasks and responsibilities As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on diverse tasks and responsibilities in international projects of varied complexity and scale, such as:
Proactively lead bid process and manage tender team for international offshore wind engineering (mainly bottom-fixed and floating WTG foundations), Asset Management and Advisory proposals (esp. re. time, quality, compliance, liability, personnel resources, budget and governance) ensuring a high-quality, on-track bid process.Manage bid project including bid strategy, technical proposal, meetings, deliverables, deadlines, PMO standards, tools & IT and preparation of all proposal materials.Ensure compliance and quality of proposal documents.Manage input from various workstreams inside and outside the company throughout the bid development process and ensure quality of contributions.Lead team regarding resource planning, day-to-day operations, functional and professional development.Handle all administrative matters including document handling, project creation, etc.Document and record client- and project-relevant data into various databases (e.g., CRM, Project Integration, resource planning).Support external interface management towards project partners, stakeholders, and clients.Prepare strategic Management Board decisions as part of the decision/quality gate process.Analyse success factors, prepare presentations and participate in further development/implementation of best practice bid management tools and processes.Support preparation of pre-qualification proposals for existing or prospective clients.Optimise tender process, establish guidelines and templates for effective tender processes.Support key account management/geography meetings, ensure close link to CRM, and maintain data and information. Your qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Communication, or similar / or a very motivated self-starter with a successfully completed commercial apprenticeship.
