We are currently looking for a Team Lead Accounting & Controls for Mobility to join our team in Tczew or Bielsko - Biala.What You'll DoLead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement, controls and professional growth.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and annual financial statements in compliance with Polish and US GAAP.Drive the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements.Monitor and ensure compliance to US GAAP, local GAAP, legal regulations and controls framework.Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Drive end to end standardization and identify standard process deviation, process inefficiency and opportunities for improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and strategic initiatives.Provide insightful analysis and support for decision-making to senior management.Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, drive company standard processes and process efficiency to optimize financial performance and mitigate risk.Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation, particularly those pertaining to Polish GAAP and drive finance transformation.Other ad hoc activities and projects.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
