Team Head

Sumali para mag-apply sa Team Head na role sa Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) .
This position is responsible for leading a team of relationship managers and service officers who serve the needs of the large and middle market corporate clients including but not limited to local conglomerates and multinational corporations. They are assigned to:
Cultivate trust and partnership and be designated as one of the top bankers of their existing and potential corporate clients;
Grow the profitability of its portfolio of accounts by providing timely and appropriate financial solutions to these clients;
Formulate marketing strategy to achieve targets;
Ensure positive customer experience with the bank, all within the bank's policies and guidelines;
Involve in the evaluation and presentation of portfolio review for both the initial approval and at ongoing periodic review.
