You'll play a key role in organising impactful operations forums and quarterly meetings, engaging team members in meaningful presentations and discussions. Your knack for building relationships will shine as you facilitate regular catch-ups with Operations Team Leads, gathering valuable insights to drive our initiatives forward. You'll also have the opportunity to create welcoming induction experiences for new starters, support exciting travel arrangements, and organise memorable social events for our team. The ideal individual is highly organised with strong attention to detail, thrives in dynamic settings, and possesses excellent communication skills. A proactive mindset and adaptability to changing priorities are essential, along with tech-savviness and a collaborative spirit. Creative problem-solving abilities will also be key to enhancing our operations and supporting the team effectively. What do we offer in return?
