Teaching Assistant Internship at Voice Up Publishing Incorporated
Position Overview: The Teaching Assistant Intern will work directly with the founder of VoiceUp Publishing Inc. to support the implementation and management of an innovative digital learning platform.
This platform empowers college student leaders to pursue meaningful social impact projects aligned with their personal causes and interests.

Position Details: Type: Remote (100% virtual)Schedule: Flexible hoursDuration: Academic semesterCompensation: Academic credit available or volunteer basisRecognition: Letter of support from the founder upon completionKey Responsibilities: Project Management & Student Support: Track and monitor progress of student leaders' social impact projects, ensure adherence to project milestones and deadlines, maintain regular communication with student participants, document project outcomes and student achievements, provide support and resources to help students overcome challenges.Meeting Facilitation: Assist in organizing and hosting virtual team meetings, support the creation of meeting agendas and materials, facilitate peer-to-peer learning and idea sharing sessions, take detailed notes and distribute meeting summaries, follow up on action items and commitments.Platform Implementation: Support the rollout of the digital learning platform, help create and organize educational content, assist in troubleshooting technical issues, gather feedback for platform improvements, document best practices and learning outcomes.Required Qualifications: Current college student or recent graduateStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesExperience with virtual collaboration toolsDemonstrated interest in social impact and educationSelf-motivated with ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications: Previous experience in peer mentoring or teachingProject management experienceFamiliarity with digital learning platformsBackground in social impact or nonprofit workExperience facilitating group discussionsBenefits: Gain hands-on experience in educational technology and social impactDevelop project management and leadership skillsBuild a network of socially conscious student leadersReceive mentorship from an experienced founderContribute to meaningful social change initiativesFlexible schedule that accommodates academic commitmentsLetter of support documenting achievements and impactApplication Process: Interested candidates should submit the following to ******: Resume/CV, cover letter expressing interest in social impact, brief statement describing a social cause they're passionate about, and academic schedule/availability for the semester.
