We help well-known brands — the ones you use every day — improve their businesses with technology and integrated solutions in over 70 countries.If you're looking to grow and be inspired, as a Senior Account Manager in Malaga (on-site), you will be part of our team of game-changers who are powering the brands of the future in the tech industry.What you will do in this roleAs a Senior Account Manager in our team, you will:Secure new customer wins for Cloud.Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities collaborating with Sales Agents, Solution Specialists, client sales teams, and channel partners.Actively monitor pipeline, collect feedback and update involved parties on closure, support close plan execution.Collaborate with local TCM on pipeline and partner introductions.Curate and connect customers to an ecosystem of best-of-breed solutions in the territory driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption usage.Surface customer wins for partner sell with evidence; surface partner capacity and capability needs and key opportunities to Partner Management team.Control main performance indicators and run rates of pipeline.Establish a foundation for how technology and services can meet customer/partner needs.Concentrix is a great match if you:Are native or proficient in Spanish plus fluent in English.Have 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience.Have experience working within a partner ecosystem and technical sales environment preferred.Have broad knowledge of and ability to explain key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications solutions required.Demonstrated knowledge of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance as they factor into cloud and hybrid solutions preferred.Fundamentals certification required.Understand cloud deployment and adoption planning.Experience with cloud-based productivity, collaboration, and communications solution designs, migrations, and management of technology.Bachelor's degree required; major or minor in computer science, mathematics, or engineering.Proven track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.Exceptional interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills.What's in it for youIn this role, we offer benefits that help support your unique lifestyle:Full-time contract: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00.Salary: On target earnings 38,900 euros gross/year.Great office location in Benalmadena.Friends hunting (referral) bonus.Full paid training about the company and the project you will be working on.Career development program, specialized courses.At Concentrix, we invest in our game-changers because we know that when our people thrive, our clients and their customers thrive.
