You will drive sales from lead generation through to purchase, acting as the primary contact for customers while developing sales strategies, responding to objections, and negotiating successful outcomes.Responsibilities include:Engage actively with small to medium businesses across various industries to identify needs and suggest solutions using leading cloud technologies, primarily focused on products.Deliver a world-class customer engagement experience by prioritizing customer and prospect satisfaction.Lead and secure customer wins for cloud solutions, maximizing upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.Articulate competitive offerings and solutions by aligning them with customer needs and experiences.Demonstrate the benefits of client technologies verbally and in writing, showcasing how they can capture value and shape the customer's future.Convert prospects and qualified leads into opportunities and maintain a continuous pipeline, using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline).Meet and exceed net-new revenue and sales pipeline targets, accurately forecasting sales and usage of scoped products and solutions.Handle a high level of daily activity (~60-90 activities/day), aiming for 200 leads and 30 opportunities a month.Utilize diverse communication tools including social, digital, video, chat, phone, and demonstration environments to manage and sell to customers.Gather customer feedback, acting as the "Voice of the Customer" to inform business decisions.Skills Needed:High school diploma required; BA/4-year degree preferred.2-3+ years of successful sales experience, with at least 1 year in the IT industry and 1 year in sales account or customer management.Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, with experience in retail sales, corporate internships, or entrepreneurial settings.Preferably experienced in working with or selling solutions like Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365; Microsoft Fundamentals certification on Azure/Modern Workplace/BizApps is a plus.Self-starter with a history of outstanding performance, able to work independently, take ownership of personal development, and seek continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral, written, and verbal business communication abilities.Proficient in communicating via phone (both cold calling and established relationships), email, video, and presentations
