This role identifies opportunities to continuously improve all aspects of operations, focusing on quality-of-service delivery and ensuring best practices. The Facilities Manager will oversee all aspects of facilities operations, including reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, events, and providers for all our Spanish facilities.Main Responsibilities: Responsible for site facilities operations.Ensure compliance with all governmental and mandatory regulations.Manage audits, quality certifications, and inspections.Provide solutions for technical issues on a daily basis.Overall responsibility for all soft services including reception services, logistics, catering/vending, cleaning, security, meeting rooms, supplies, events management, etc.Lead the energy management and environmental/sustainability focus for FM.Support the development of FM contracts and contractors' management.Contribute to FM procurement strategy and benchmarking projects.Responsibility for the delivery of FM Helpdesk services and systems.Support and lead the management of all hard services including asset management across M&E; plant, buildings & equipment, and PPM scheduling.Ensure records are created and maintained for building (site logbooks) to demonstrate full operational procedures are followed.Property management, working with other departments, finance, legal, divisional/brand heads on service charges, rates, and lease requirements.Manage office space utilization and continuously develop 'ways of working.'Lead and develop the management of on/off-site storage requirements.Management and reporting of facilities budgets supported by finance business partner.Requirements: Strong experience in a similar position.Demonstrate successful contract and project management.Proven ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.Experience in financial management and identifying cost savings.Demonstrable experience in facilities maintenance operations, preferably within an audiovisual or media company.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Customer service and leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
