Sounds amazing, right?ABOUT THE ROLEThe Security team oversees Fever's security operations. We are vigilant in ensuring no breach or vulnerability is threatening our company or endangering our employees to keep them safe and protected.As a Trust & Safety Manager, you will report to the Security & Safety Director and ensure third parties adhere to regulatory requirements, minimize risk, and maintain Fever quality standards in addition to Fever's community wellbeing. This role will require proactivity, autonomy, drive, and a good deal of project management, and may offer the opportunity to obtain exposure to increasing responsibility and leadership functions.ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive investigations on potential and existing partners, clients, and customers and respond to any Trust & Safety violations.Perform KYP and KYC checks to verify the identity and legitimacy of entities and individuals, as well as following auditing processes.Prepare clear, detailed investigative reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.Monitor and stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in due diligence, KYP, and KYC processes.Ensure alignment and coordination with the Data Protection team and law enforcement, in compliance with the applicable law, our terms of service, internal SOPs, and law enforcement guidelines.Identify potential risks and red flags through investigative findings and recommend appropriate actions.Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to investigations and compliance.Lead, mentor, and develop a team of investigators, ensuring high performance and continuous professional growth.Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on investigation processes, as needed.Collaborate with internal teams to deal with issues concerning fraud against Fever and its clients.Develop, implement, and assess new detection queries to identify emerging patterns of fraud and abuse for review and enforcement.ABOUT YOUTo be successful in this role, you will need:Prior experience in investigations, fraud, bribery, compliance, and in-depth knowledge of the relevant processes (due diligence, KYP, KYC).Knowledge of investigative tools, techniques, and databases, including OSINT, relevant regulations, sanctions, and industry standards.Although not a requirement, AML knowledge will be considered
