Your mission
As Tax Compliance technician, you will be part of our accounting area, acting within the Finance department in the preparation and submission of all returns and payments, in accordance with the requirements and deadlines established and working closely with our European subsidiaries.

Your role highlights You will manage the preparation and timely filing of tax Returns (VAT, Withholding taxes, Payroll taxes).You will monitor cross border, intra-community and domestic transactions and fulfill any reporting requirements.You will review compliance policies to ensure proper compliance accounting and be aware of tax changes and updates related to tax compliance.You will interact with the necessary departments in other subsidiaries and maintain external relationships: Tax advisor, tax auditors and Tax authorities.You will investigate and document company transactions to obtain information related to tax audits.You will review tax return and/or related documents, making the necessary corrections to tax documents.You will supervise VAT Reports and review VAT accounts reconciliation process (Input and output), reconciliation items and discrepancies with information reported by our vendors and clients.You will assist and review payroll taxes and withholding taxes reconciliations with statutory accounting.You will research tax issues from other teams and for auditing purposes.You will prepare monthly checks for Intercompany Intra-community transactions with other European subsidiaries. Minimum Requirements: Higher education in Accounting or Finance.Master in Tax Management is a desired.Language skills are as important as communication skills: you have a good level of English.At least 3-4 years of experience as tax compliance technician or tax advisor in a tax firm or international company.You have knowledge in tax compliance in other countries in addition to Spain (Germany, the Netherlands, France, Austria, Italy).Deep fiscal and financial skills (M&A, transfer pricing, tax audits).Knowledge in SAP and/or Microsoft AX is a plus.High skills in Microsoft Excel.High work capacity and autonomy.High analytical and strategic skills.Excellent communication skills.
