What we are looking for We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in the B2B Market.
This role requires proactive lead generation, prospecting, and identifying potential clients for BPO services.
The SDR will qualify leads based on SQL (Sales Qualified Lead) guidelines and set up appointments to meet the business needs of both the clients and the BPO organization.
Building strong relationships with external stakeholders and collaborating effectively across various departments is essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities Conduct thorough research and proactive lead generation to identify potential clients seeking BPO services in the SaaS industry.
Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, social media, and industry events to generate interest in BPO services.
Assess leads against predefined SQL criteria to determine their suitability and readiness to move into the sales pipeline.
Collaborate with the BPO sales team to schedule appointments and demos with qualified leads, aligning with clients' needs and the organization's objectives.
Requirements Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in B2B Market.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales prospecting software.
Advanced English proficiency.
