We are looking for a Complementary Landscape Lead to be part of our Nestlé Nespresso Digital and Tech Team.
Position Snapshot Location: Nespresso Headquarters, Barcelona, Spain Type of Contract: Permanent Type of work: Hybrid Work Language: Fluent Business English About the Role Nespresso is a globally managed business, enabled by a mix of a global technology template and local applications and solutions ("complementary landscape").
As a complementary landscape lead, your main job will be to partner with markets, regions, and zones to better understand and support their local tech specificities.
Your mission will be to find the best synergies either to fully support and enable local initiatives from a global perspective, or to engage in a simplification journey to bring those capabilities back on the global template.
You will develop expertise in those complementary solutions, develop (where applicable) the best support and engagement model from a global perspective.
Where relevant, you will put in place transition and migration plans towards the global template.
Reporting into the Global Digital Tech department, you will partner at a global level with multiple teams: Business Applications, Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management.
From a business standpoint, you will develop partnerships with Zones and Functions.
You bring a mix of technical savviness, architecture mindset, project management expertise, and stakeholder empathy.
What You'll Bring Alignment with global template roadmap Definition of transition roadmaps and development of support models for sustained applications Strategic engagement with markets Business and system analysis License optimization, compliance, security, and operational follow-up and performance management with the markets Who You Are Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience More than 5 years of experience in the relevant area of expertise – ideally you have worked in large companies or organizations with complex IT landscapes Proven experience in stakeholder management and transversal alignment (you will be bringing people together to find solutions and agreements) "Think big, act small" mindset Effectively communicates in English at different levels in the organization Bonus Points If You: Have solid experience with Microsoft Dynamics suite Why You'll Love Working With Us We offer more than just a job.
