This division is responsible for providing products for our residential and small tertiary markets (electrical equipment, circuit breakers, etc.). You will be joining the Quality and Customer Satisfaction team of the European Hub of the division, specifically focusing on Wiring Devices. Reporting to Thomas, Quality Director Europe for the division, you will manage a team of 6 employees. The team is based in Wiehl (Germany) and Puente la Reina (Spain).As a League Quality & Customer Experience leader f/m/d, you are responsible for:End-to-end management of Quality, Customer Experience (CX), and Safety of the offer for Wiring Devices League in an agile environment.Being the voice of quality inside the league during all the product lifecycle: from new offer introduction to product retirement.Your IMPACT: As a key partner to the League Leader and member of the management team of the league, you are in charge of:Developing the League accountability for the Excellence of Quality & Customer Experience.Supporting the new offer introduction process by assigning resources to the projects/epics (DFSR practitioner/industrialization quality Leader) and monitoring execution of the quality deliverables.Consolidating, monitoring and improving the overall Offer Quality performance & Customer Experience worldwide (NSS/NPS, Field Failure Rate, Offer Safety alerts, etc.) in collaboration with global supply chain organization.Ensuring the application of the Hub Quality Strategy and global Quality Directives inside the league, including interaction with Operations and Global Supply Chain.Managing the team of Offer Quality Leaders (OQL) & DFSR practitioners: building the best team and leading with agility.Leading the Issue to Prevention actions (risk assessment/8D problem solving) when significant issues arise at League level.Supervising the effectiveness of the Offer Safety process, including participation in Offer safety Committees & Literature Reviews.Your profile:Post graduate degree/Masters in mechanical, industrial, electromechanical engineering.Several years of experience in team management and product development/project quality.Lean 6 Sigma/Reliability green Belt or black Belt.Quality toolbox expertise: full mastery of FMEA, 8D, APQP, Internal audit, VSA 6.3, DFSR (design for safety & reliability), Industrialization quality, FTA (fault tree analysis).Able to embrace Customer Experience End to End.Strong influence & convince skills.Data & Analytics oriented.Multicultural skills.Change Management & Agile Mindset.Curiosity, Inclusion, Teamwork.Apply now, even if you don't fulfill all the requirements (yet).#J-18808-Ljbffr
