The primary responsibility of this role is to autonomously perform various tasks related to the publishing or the assessment and enhancement of the quality of the content available in the Amazon Prime Video catalogue. The day-to-day job requires the individual to be an expert in the assigned process/function, to define processes to execute independently and to handle complex tasks with support from senior members of the team.

About the team
Along with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect-free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience. We obsess over ensuring that every search, discovery and playback interaction with Prime Video (PV) is device agnostic, defect-free and results in a high engagement experience for Customers. Therefore, the DigiFlex Operations organization plays an essential role at Prime Video, ensuring that the content that powers our vision to be the premier source of global entertainment is complete and correct.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to identify gaps in a process and drive process improvement initiatives
Fluency in English both verbal and written
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to perform a root cause analysis of a problem, identify constraints and recommend solutions
Experience in Post house/Studios industry in the content publishing or quality management domain
Fluency in one of the following languages (German/Italian/French) with understanding of region-specific jargon/colloquialism is a plus
