In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in enabling the effective delivery of our B2C tactical offers and promotions calendar.Key Responsibilities of a B2C Marketing Manager:Work closely with the Global Senior Manager Tactical Offers and Promotions to execute plans across EMEA and APAC.Coordinate the execution of the Need Hotels strategy.Recommend optimal channel mix and tactics for marketing plan initiatives.Coordinate asset and content distribution among various channels and stakeholders.Act as a guardian of quality content marketing, ensuring relevance and alignment with the go-to-market calendar.Analyze, evaluate, and report on marketing KPIs using marketing analytics.Provide strategic support to Area Marketing Teams for local activation of global B2C campaigns.Plan and execute B2C tactical offers and promotions, coordinating cross-channel activation.Develop value propositions and execute supporting communications for Radisson Hotel experience packages.Ensure all content related to promotions meets channel requirements.Competencies & Skills Requirements:Proven experience in a similar B2C marketing position with comparable responsibilities.Experience in campaign management and activation through digital channels.Solid experience in project and campaign management.Strategic vision and capacity to anticipate trends.Analytical thinking and financial rigor.Minimum experience of 5+ years in marketing for an international Travel/Leisure/Entertainment/Consumer brand.Excellent English skills (spoken and written).Join us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and be part of the most inspired hotel company in the world.
