As we expand internationally, with plans to launch in Mexico and the United States, there's never been a more exciting time to join our team.Mission and Responsibilities:Provide legal and regulatory advice related to the ordinary activity of the Bank, supporting different departments (e.G., consumer loans, insurance products, wealth management, payment services).Participate in the design, obtain necessary internal and external approvals, and monitor the commercial launch of new products and services.Review and draft legal documentation such as contracts, confidentiality agreements, and communications to clients.Advise on the implementation of new regulations at both European and national levels.Participate in digitalization and innovation projects.To be successful in this role, you must have:Degree in Spanish Law and be a fully qualified lawyer in Spain.LLM in Banking Law (is a plus).6+ years of experience in a banking legal environment, with relevant experience from a law firm or in-house in a financial institution.Proven experience in banking and/or investment products, particularly in regulation related to contracting banking/investment products remotely and consumer protection laws.Advanced MS skills and fluency in English (C1).Great judgment, proactive, innovative, and customer-obsessed.
