Position Overview We are looking for Technical Support for Telematic software and hardware.
Required Skills Fluent in German (level C2) Working proficiency in English Excellent communication skills Proficient computer user (MS Office, Adobe, Databases, and CRM) Ability to troubleshoot and find solutions independently Nice to Haves Understand what a SIM card, an SD card, and a server are and their purposes Understand mobile networks and internet connections, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth connectivity Ability to use smartphones and internet applications Day to Day Responsibilities Account Registration through the portal Multi-Media Interface usage guidance and troubleshooting Assist with vehicle connectivity to the back end Resolve Remote Services Issues via the App (lock/unlock, climatization, charging schedule, etc.)
