It operates through the following segments: Upstream, Downstream, and Corporate.Job SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned expert in implementing SAP Central Finance suite of solutions for large companies, to function as a "Business System Analyst" in the Digital Finance Transformation Division of the Digital Finance Department (DFD). The DFD is responsible for the coordination, development, and management of information systems used in financial accounting, treasury, financial planning forecasting, performance management, and the entire suite of digital solutions for the Finance Business line.Responsibilities:- Work closely with business teams to plan, design, develop, and roll out financial solutions using SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting.- Coordinate with affiliate organizations to ensure smooth integration and troubleshoot any data exchange issues.- Assess and support implementation of SAP Central Finance and Reporting requirements.- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP modules to ensure accurate transaction processing.- Configure reporting solutions, manage master data, and set up workflows.- Analyze and resolve system issues, collaborating with IT as needed.- Generate comprehensive reports and financial statements according to standards.- Stay updated on SAP updates and best practices.- Participate in system upgrades and projects.- Document processes and maintain user guides for team knowledge.- Communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.- Maintain and optimize digital solutions.Requirements:- Hold a Bachelor's degree in finance or IT from a recognized program; advanced degree or professional certifications like MBA, CMA, CFA, CPA preferred but not required.- Possess 6-8 years of experience in implementing SAP-based financial accounting systems.- Have at least 4 years of experience specifically in SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting solutions.- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of implementing financial accounting systems, including benefits articulation, technical evaluation, critical success factors, and project risks.- Have hands-on experience implementing SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting systems.- Able to analyze financial accounting landscapes and provide architectural options for implementing solutions.
