About the Opportunity: Our client, a well-established and growing regional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking Senior Tax Associates to join their dynamic teams in Fairfax, VA, and Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.Perform tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.Collaborate with team members to identify tax-planning opportunities for clients.Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.Support junior staff with training and mentorship.Qualifications:3-6 years of public accounting experience.CPA certification required.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CCH ProSystems or Axcess preferred.Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plans is a plus.Benefits:Health, Vision, Dental insurance.Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA).401(k) with employee match.Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and Holiday Pay.Work Environment:On-site Monday to Friday for the first 90 days.
