About the Opportunity: Our client, a well-established and growing regional accounting and advisory firm, is seeking Senior Tax Associates to join their dynamic teams in Fairfax, VA, and Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
Perform tax research and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
Collaborate with team members to identify tax-planning opportunities for clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Support junior staff with training and mentorship.
Qualifications: 3-6 years of public accounting experience.
CPA certification required.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with CCH ProSystems or Axcess preferred.
Industry experience in manufacturing, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plans is a plus.
