Tax Reporting Analyst Core Responsibilities: Tax Reporting: Administering and monitoring the group's tax risk matrices submitted by the OpCos in the system (TRM) and ensuring compliance with related SOX controls. Supporting the HQ tax team in generating reports during disclosure periods. Coordinating and communicating with different tax teams across the Group during disclosure periods. Assisting in the preparation of information request lists related to tax audits performed across the Group. Supporting the design, formal documentation, and presentations for a variety of in-person and remote audiences. Maintaining an updated set of tax reports to enable proper analysis by the Group Tax Team. Refreshing existing reports with the latest information in the financial system (FCCS). Uploading or updating existing reports with deliverables from OpCos. Creating ad-hoc queries to FCCS using SmartView and/or directly within FCCS. Performing initial high-level analytical reviews of tax reporting deliverables from OpCos. Managing a status monitor of validation errors or open questions pending resolution. Monitoring the timely submission of tax reports from OpCos to produce KPIs. Sharing daily status updates with the Group Tax Team during month-end closings. Managing the Procure to Pay Processes on Behalf of the Group Tax Team: Creating purchase requisitions in Oracle EBS. Liaising with the Shared Service Center on the creation of Purchase Orders, processing of invoicing, and payments to suppliers. Monitoring the team's Purchase Orders and related available balances. Acting as the point of contact between the Group Tax Team and its relevant vendors. Assisting with ad hoc tax requests from the Tax Assurance team. Requirements/Qualifications/Technical Skills: Experience or knowledge in tax accounting. Tax-related degree. Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral). Familiarity with Oracle EBS; FCCS knowledge would be beneficial. Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to produce reports and effectively use pivot tables. Other Key Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills. Ability to integrate easily into a multicultural and fast-paced environment. Proactiveness, high independence, and organizational skills, with the ability to perform with minimal supervision and prioritize deliverables.
