Job Description: We're seeking an experienced and highly skilled Tax Manager with a CPA license in the United States.
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working in a CPA firm and be proficient in filing personal and business taxes.
An Enrolled Agent (EA) with US CPA credentials would also be considered.
Responsibilities: Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals and businesses.
Manage and coordinate tax audits and tax notices.
Develop tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and provide well-documented conclusions.
Review and ensure the accuracy of tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
Stay informed about new tax laws and regulations and advise management on potential impacts.
Collaborate with other departments to support overall financial planning and decision-making.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA license in the United States.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a CPA firm, focusing on tax preparation and planning.
Extensive experience in filing personal and business taxes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
An Enrolled Agent (EA) in LATAM with US CPA credentials is also acceptable.
