.Tax Legal Senior Specialist page is loaded Tax Legal Senior Specialist Apply locations Madrid time type Full time posted on Posted Today job requisition id R19938 Job Title Tax Legal Senior Specialist Summary of the role: Elaborate and analyze financial information within group financial policies to provide Senior Management with relevant group financial information related to tax planning and Transfer Pricing to support corporate decision making. In this role you will: 1.NON-CORE COMPANIES TRANSFER PRICING All Group fully-owned companies except the Core Entities (i.E., Amadeus ITG, Amadeus SAS and Amadeus ADP), which are approximately 140 entities and 80 jurisdictions. The main responsibilities are: - Ensure that the defined transfer pricing policy per Legal Entity is accurately set up in the internal tools.- Provide Group companies with data related to monthly intercompany economic transactions - Manage inter-company flow follow-up on a monthly basis with the accounting and revenue management departments.- Coordinate the Year End Closing process for the majority of the non-core entities to minimize (if possible) Transfer Pricing adjustments to the Financial Statements.- Perform the Transfer Pricing review on an annual basis based on the local statutory accounts (Financial Statements) of the non-core companies. - Provide feedback to management in relation to the performance of the teams involved in the annual Local Statutory Accounts approval process with the objective of improving the efficiency and quality of the process. 2. CORE COMPANIES TRANSFER PRICING The Core Entities of the Group are Amadeus ITG, Amadeus SAS and Amadeus ADP. The main responsibilities are: - Maintenance of Residual Profit split model in order to determine on a monthly basis the intercompany transactions between the Core companies.- Prepare the calculations and full set of documentation for the quarterly intercompany transaction update performed for the Core Companies. - Support in the preparation of the analysis of the periodic updates and management reports3. Review of Transfer Pricing Policy- Participate in the review and definition of the Transfer pricing policy for the different business within the Group - Provide support in the preparation of all supporting analysis and documentation to present proposals to the Tax Department and relevant Business Unit Management4. Other Tasks- Support on the development, testing and implementation of the Non-Core Transfer Pricing Tool. - TAIT Revenues: analysis of reported revenues by Legal Entity to ensure that the intercompany licenses' calculation is based on accurate data. - Contingencies: provide support in the calculation of contingencies at the year end.- Management of TP SharePoint and communications: To give access to the group companies to all relevant transfer pricing materials.About the ideal candidate:- University Degree in Economics/Law/Business
