About the position: As an ambassador of Global Blue Refund added value services, the holder of the position is responsible for welcoming and engaging travelers, reaching exceptional standards of customer care excellence taking care of travelers throughout unique and exclusive customer experience.

Refund and Issuing Tax Free forms Refunding Global Blue Tax Free Cheques in compliance with the appropriate country rules or the guidelines given by Global Blue; Handle refunds in cash or other payment methods in accordance with internal Global Blue guidelines.

Training and experience Experience in direct Customer Service.
High level of English is a must, Russian/Chinese/Arabic is an asset.
Experience in cash handling.
