Transfer Pricing Analyst – Position reports to Director of Tax Transformation and Digitalization and will provide support in the areas of transfer pricing and compliance. The position will support the team in developing, implementing, documenting, and defending Arxada worldwide transfer pricing strategy.
Required:
Public accounting experience preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, time management and communication skills (both oral and written).
Self-starter, team player (across multiple cross-functional teams and time zones), strong attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure to demanding deadlines imposed by project timescales or tax authority requirements.
Ability to take initiative while seeking appropriate guidance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Proficiency in accounting systems (SAP) and processes., Power BI experience will be a plus.
Support to Tax and Transfer Pricing team in the following tasks:
Monitoring Transfer Pricing Policy and its implementation within the Group.
Monitoring Group subsidiaries profitability from transfer pricing perspective.
Monitoring Transfer Pricing Compliance worldwide
Monitoring implementation of agreed transfer prices and other business terms in SAP, consistent with Group transfer pricing policy and internal methodologies.
Determining inter-company pricing for products and services
Supporting in the coordination & management of the year-end transfer pricing adjustment system-based process for group entities worldwide via the SAP based tool.
Supporting in the preparation of the transfer pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations .
Preparation Group TP documentation: Master File, Local Files, and Country by Country Report
Support local country finance and accounting teams with local country TP audits.
