Private foundation with over $1 billion in assets seeks tax manager with current or prior experience as tax manager in a large, national CPA firm.

Requirements CPA8+ years' recent tax experience in large CPA firm, manager level or higherExperience with a variety of other taxes is a plus: C-corp, estate, individual, gift, foundationsExperience with complex investments preferred
