Private foundation with over $1 billion in assets seeks tax manager with current or prior experience as tax manager in a large, national CPA firm.

You will review financial information and complex investments to gather information for an outside CPA firm to prepare tax returns, then review returns for accuracy before filing.

You will be involved with tax planning and strategies and learn more about sophisticated investments.

The ideal candidate will be willing to roll up their sleeves and learn as much as they can to earn a promotion to the top spot.
Requirements
CPA
8+ years' recent tax experience in large CPA firm, manager level or higher
Experience with a variety of other taxes is a plus: C-corp, estate, individual, gift, foundations
Experience with complex investments preferred
