Tax Accounting Manager

Xiaomi is the youngest Fortune 500 company in the world and now entering Europe. We are looking for a passionate Chief Accountant to join our Spain&Portugal Finance Team, located in Madrid!Responsibilities:Lead the local compliance implement for the local entity, responsible and support for the external audit, tax and other regulatory authorities; Track the resolution andclosure of the annual audit and financial internal control issues; Preparation of monthly local financial report; Be proficient with Spanish tax regulation and be responsible for tax filings and other tax-related reporting in Spain; Review and manage VAT book and other tax supporting ledgers as well as the invoice issued and received; Provide timely support for new business development and provide local financial and tax advice; Local contract, invoice,and other file management; Assist the development of financial and accounting system; Requirements:University degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting, or Tax; 5 years+ of working experience is preferable, experience in retail, electronic FMCG industry.Big Four Accounting Firms audit & tax experience is a strong plus; Good knowledge of WEU local GAAP; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel; Have sensibility in numbers, and have excellent issue finding and solving skills; Precise, strong sense ofresponsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability, and summarizing skill; Fluent in English, otherlanguage skills are a plus; Benefits:Much faster opportunity to learn and develop vs. traditional companies!Exposure to one of the fastest-growing companies in the world!Possible rotation opportunities in the future.#J-18808-Ljbffr
