Tax Accounting Manager

Xiaomi is the youngest Fortune 500 company in the world and now entering Europe. We are looking for a passionate Chief Accountant to join our Spain&Portugal Finance Team, located in the Madrid!Responsibilities:Lead the local compliance implement for the local entity, responsible and support for the external audit, tax and other regulatory authorities; Track the resolution andclosure of the annual audit and financial internal control issues; Preparation of monthly local financial report; Be proficient with Spanish tax regulation and be responsible for tax filings and other tax related reporting in Spain.Review and manage VAT book and other tax supporting ledgers as well as the invoice issued and received.Provide timely support for new business development and provide local financial and tax advice; Local contract, invoice and other file management; Assist the development of financial and accounting system; Requirements:University degree (or above) in Finance, Accounting or Tax; 5 years+ of working experience is preferable, experience in retail, electronic FMCG industry.Big Four Accounting Firms audit & tax experience is a strong plus; Good knowledge of WEU local GAAPGood knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel; Have sensibility in numbers, and have excellent issue finding and solving skills; Precise, strong sense ofresponsibility, good communication skills, target-oriented, solid analytic capability and summarizing skill; Fluent in English, otherlanguage skills are a plus; Benefits:Much faster opportunity to learn and develop vs. traditional companies!Exposure to one of the fastest-growing companies in the world!Possible rotation opportunities in the future.
