Tax Accounting Manager

What do we expect you to develop when you're here?Manage the client portfolio in the department and oversee the team of professionals, both tax advisors and accountants.Be responsible for the international client portfolio.Provide support to the team in resolving client inquiries.Maintain direct communication with both international and national clients to coordinate work.Supervise the team's functions.Ensure the quality of service provided by the department's professionals.What profile are we looking for?A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or similar fields.A Master's degree in Taxation is essential.Proficiency in English (minimum C1) and Spanish.Proficient in office software tools.Knowledge of A3 and SAGE is highly valued.Strongly valued is training in balance sheet analysis.A minimum of 3 years of experience in a manager or similar position.Experience in providing accounting and tax advisory services to clients and preparing reports.Organizational skills and a customer-oriented approach.A clear focus on working towards objectives.Good communication skills, both verbal and written.Why would you want to be part of Baker Tilly?You will be part of a top-level professional team in a firm that is continually growing.Future career opportunities.Permanent contract.Ongoing training.A good, international working environment.
