DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Cold call potential independent retailers to introduce the value of a business partnershipPresent and demonstrate the benefits of partnering, showcasing the advantages of client's offerIdentify key decision-makers and quickly build strong, trusted relationshipsUnderstand client needs and tailor solutions to match their business goalsManage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experienceMaintain up-to-date knowledge of the retail market, staying ahead of industry trends and competitionCollaborate with internal teams to support new partners and ensure smooth onboardingRegularly track and report sales metrics, including performance analysis and forecasts. REQUIREMENTS: Fluency in German and a good level of English are essentialProven experience in business development or sales, ideally within a B2B settingCharismatic and able to capture people's attention, engaging them in meaningful conversationsA natural salesperson with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, capable of changing mindsTarget-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales goalsResilient, able to handle rejection, and maintain focus on the bigger pictureStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and accounts simultaneouslyExperience using CRM systems and sales tools to manage client relationships effectivelyWillingness to work full-time in Barcelona.
