As a TAM Business Support Lead you will be responsible for training and supporting TAM personnel on all TAM business processes to ensure best practice, maximum efficiency and reduced risk. A key focus of the role is to continually drive internal compliance requirements, advise on changes and keep all personnel abreast of internal processes that affect them.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities for streamlining workflows, reducing waste and improving efficiency
Develop and implement standardised processes, procedures and best practices to enhance operational effectiveness and ensure consistency
Stay abreast of HWL processes that affect the TAM business
Provide training, coaching and support to teams to ensure understanding and adherence to established processes and procedures
Communicate changes effectively, managing resistance and ensuring smooth transition to new processes or systems
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Completion of high school certificate
Working within compliance environments and ensuring work practices are aligned and managed
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Technical expertise in Microsoft Office applications, financial systems, SharePoint and various operating systems
Must have excellent verbal and writing skills. Can articulate clear and concise information with structure and flow
