The mission of the Talent Supply Chain (TSC) is to mobilize the right talent at the right place, time, and cost. TSC COE (Center of Expertise) provides talent supply chain expertise across the vast talent ecosystem for the unique businesses to ensure our client teams have the highly specialized talent they need.
Role's Key Responsibilities:
Provide assessment and recommendations for process optimization to realize value across the end-to-end Talent Supply Chain.
Collaborate with TSC stakeholders to drive best practices for a more effective and efficient enterprise.
Provide objective problem-solving in key challenge areas, offering strategies to realize lasting improvements.
Support delivering on the vision to drive innovation and value within the Talent Planning discipline; continuously evolve the function for best-in-class, leading solutions.
Collaborate on defining and advocating global standard frameworks, center-led principles, processes, programs, and governance to drive consistency across the enterprise.
Work with Planning process owners, solution architects, and CIO to ensure operational excellence across all solutions and foster an integrated, end-to-end TSC ecosystem.
Manage backlog of feature requests, change requests, release schedule, and sprint coordination for ongoing support and development of core TSC applications in collaboration with functional TSC disciplines.
Manage business change impacts across functional solutions, ensuring data consistency across all solutions.
Provide user support.

Be agile to adjust priorities according to business needs.
A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role is required to work effectively across multiple time zones. The individual must be comfortable working remotely.
Ability to create and provide input into executive communications.
Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships, and develop networks as appropriate.
