Our Talent Scout team builds and executes targeted sourcing plans, identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective candidates to build a robust talent pipeline for current and future multilingual hiring positions across EMEA. They will utilize a strong candidate-centric focus to drive candidate generation strategies in partnership with TA leaders, managers, and recruiters and leverage our technology platforms to build a strong candidate pipeline aligned to current and future talent needs.
You'll report to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you'll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.
