About the Opportunity MoonPay's Talent function is a small-but-mighty team of experienced, high-performing Talent professionals who truly own their processes, and partner closely with Hiring Managers and interviewers to create a world-class candidate experience. We are passionate about identifying and attracting top-tier talent, and we ensure that we add unbeatable value to all stakeholders throughout the business. What you will do… Partner closely with leaders throughout the business to understand both their short term and long term goals, and build a vision for how Talent Acquisition can facilitate this. Own the end-to-end hiring efforts across many of MoonPay's non-technical functions. Work collaboratively with the rest of the Talent team to contribute to strategic projects - including employer branding, process optimisation & documentation and DEI initiatives. Share ideas with the broader Talent team around areas like sourcing strategies, interview techniques and other critical functional aspects of the hiring process. Work with data to fully understand successes and areas for improvement in the hiring process, as well as how to best optimise your own performance. Work with our Talent Coordinator to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for everybody involved in hiring. Contribute, wherever possible, to projects led by other areas of the People function (particularly People Operations).
