We are looking for a Talent Manager to join a leading global group and lead their recruitment strategies with the objective of making them the employer of choice on a global scale along with the Talent Management Program.Job Responsibilities:Building business partnerships with Functional Heads to identify and define talent requirements.Developing recruitment strategies that are up to date with industry trends and practices.Sourcing talented individuals through a variety of communication channels including social media, job fairs, and university events.Developing recruitment networks and maintaining relationships with past and potential candidates.Establishing initial contact and engaging with talented individuals in-person and online.Liaising with potential candidates and arranging meetings with the hiring manager and key stakeholders.Designing and conducting interviews with potential candidates.Leading the recruitment process, from putting the ad together, short-listing candidates, organizing the different interviews, and finalizing the job offer.Negotiating job offers and agreements with candidates.Documenting processes and updating databases and Applicant Tracking system.Keeping up to date with industry trends and practices as well as with the market trends, standards, and benchmarks.Leading the performance and development program and following up on their career paths.Job Requirements:Bachelor Degree is a must.A minimum of 6 years experience in HR, 4 of which in Talent Acquisition and Management.Sound knowledge of recruitment practices and hiring techniques.Good computer skills.Strong decision-making skills.Excellent networking abilities.Highly engaging with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong interview and negotiating abilities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
